Innovative star cuisine at a very high level. We were there on 5.9.20 and chose 5 courses with corresponding wines. In addition to the great cuisine, the service was characterized by a friendly, unexcited manner. You have to try the different, sometimes unusual, taste explosions, they can hardly be described in words. All round a successful evening, we'll be back!

We had a great evening at noVa. The restaurant is stylish, the service very pleasant. David Höller's creations are incredibly strong - varied, selected products, sophisticated and incredibly tastefully arranged. We are already looking forward to the next time!

A five-course menu to dream and enjoy in a pleasant atmosphere and in personal conversation with the star chef. I really liked it. I will definitely come back.
